Excavator Assistant We are looking for an excavator assistant for our client for versatile earthworks tasks in the Tampere area. The position is suitable for a person with experience in the earthworks sector and a willingness to work as part of a professional team. The job description consists of versatile earthworks tasks according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, assisting the excavator operator, pipe installations, finishing excavations, shoveling, installing wells, checking slopes, filling and compaction work, creating crushed stone and sand bases, assisting in measurements, moving materials, and other earthworks tasks. Tasks vary according to the progress of the site, so we value versatile skills and a proactive approach. Work starts as agreed, and if a suitable candidate is found, the start date can be very soon. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined by your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (14.20–19.94 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age. * Previous experience in earthworks tasks. * Energetic, proactive, and responsible work ethic. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid Tieturva 1 card and access to a private car are considered an advantage.
