We are looking for a construction multi-skilled specialist with very extensive practical expertise and the ability to work completely independently. The work includes demanding construction, renovation, metal, electrical, HVAC, and design tasks, as well as the maintenance of the company's website. The employee is required to have strong practical experience in ALL of the areas mentioned below. 1. Construction, Renovation, and Installation Work - Construction of partition walls. - Installation, adjustment, and repair of doors and windows. - Installation of kitchens, furniture, and other built-in fixtures. - Interior and exterior renovations. - Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings. - Independent work at various customer sites. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 2. Electrical and HVAC Installations - Low-voltage electrical installations. - Installation of electrical cables, sockets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical equipment. - Water pipe and sewage installations. - Installation of underfloor heating systems. - Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of electrical and HVAC systems. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 3. Woodwork, Painting, and Finishing Work - Framing and carpentry work. - Drywall installations. - Leveling and surface preparation work. - Interior and exterior painting. - Precision installation of laminate, parquet, and other flooring materials. - Other building finishing work. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 4. Metalwork and Welding - Welding of steel, stainless steel, iron, and aluminum. - Fabrication of metal structures. - Custom-made work. - Assembly of metal parts. - Structural modification work on site. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 5. AutoCAD Design - Design of metal structures. - Creation of 2D and 3D drawings for stairs, gates, railings, and other metal structures. - Production of technical drawings using AutoCAD software. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 6. WordPress Website Maintenance and Digital Marketing - Maintenance and development of the company's WordPress website. - Content production. - Mastery of the basics of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). - Digital marketing support tasks. - Maintaining the company's online visibility. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 7. Project Management and Customer Service - Independent planning and implementation of work sites. - Coordination of materials and work phases. - Customer service in an international work environment. - Fluent use of English in daily work. Requirement: At least 5 years of practical work experience. 8. Handyman Entrepreneur Experience and Independent Customer Work - At least five years of experience as a handyman or multi-service entrepreneur. - Ability to independently implement diverse construction, repair, maintenance, and installation work from start to finish. - Experience in mapping customer needs, planning work, selecting materials, and independently carrying out projects. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, accountability, and excellent problem-solving skills. Requirement: At least 5 years of experience as a handyman entrepreneur or in similar independent multi-service and construction customer work. Other Requirements - Ability to work completely independently and take overall responsibility for tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and versatile practical expertise. - Willingness to travel for work. - Valid Class B driver's license. - Fluent English language skills.
