Payroll Specialist

This role is part of Remote's global Payroll Operations team, focusing on Belgium payroll processes within a fully remote, global workforce. Responsibilities include processing Global Payroll and EOR payrolls with accuracy and compliance, maintaining employee data, managing the Zendesk queue, and acting as the main contact for payroll questions for GP and stakeholders. The role requires several years of Belgium payroll experience, in-house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management as a plus. You will work with payroll vendors to ensure quality and timely service, improve processes, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will report to the Payroll Operations Manager and can work from any location, with an async, globally distributed team culture. The base salary for this full-time role falls within $35,250–$79,300 USD annually.
