Through our online stores, we deliver orders to over 50 countries every month and serve our customers comprehensively in everything related to coffee, whether for enjoyment at home, in the office, or in a cafe. We also serve our customers face-to-face in our store in Konala, Helsinki._ **What would you be doing with us?** In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution and development of Crema's marketing. Your work will focus particularly on Meta advertising, email marketing, and content production, and you will handle these areas practically from start to finish. You will plan, implement, and optimize Meta campaigns and be responsible for email marketing in Klaviyo. Your work includes planning and implementing weekly newsletters for several markets, as well as building and developing automated email flows. Additionally, you will produce content for the online store and marketing channels, write marketing copy, build campaign content, and create visual materials. You will work in close cooperation with the marketing team, but you will be independently responsible for your own tasks. You will have a concrete impact on Crema's growth in Finland and internationally and develop marketing as part of a growing e-commerce business. The employment is permanent and full-time, and the workstation is located in Konala, Helsinki. The work is primarily on-site, but there is also an opportunity for hybrid work. **What do we hope for from you?** You have experience in Meta advertising and email marketing, and you have independently built and optimized campaigns. Additionally, you have experience with email marketing automation using Klaviyo or a similar tool. We value a visual eye and the ability to produce engaging content for different channels. You are familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools, and you have worked in digital marketing, for example, in e-commerce, a marketing agency, or a similar environment where you have taken responsibility for the practical implementation and development of marketing. Google Ads skills or an interest in developing your skills in that area, a desire to utilize AI tools to support marketing, and an interest in coffee or specialty food culture are considered advantages. You work proactively and practically, understand the importance of marketing for business growth, and can combine creative content production with data-driven thinking.
