Hello! I am a 40-year-old man with MS. I live in Pori and am looking for Finnish-speaking, proactive, and positive assistants to join my team! I prefer a rehabilitative approach, good physical condition, and sociability and social skills are a plus. I need help with transfers, hygiene, and tidying up at home. I will be using assistive devices such as an adjustable bed and a hoist, but good physical strength and knowledge of ergonomics are important. You will receive training on transfers. Work experience is not necessary but will be considered an advantage. Assistance hours are 9 hours per day, divided into four visits, every day of the week. Working hours are 5:30-7:30, 9:45-12:30, 13:45-16:30, and 19:15-20:45. Weekly working hours are 0-20 hours. The hours for one workday are shared with other assistants according to agreement.
