We also provide support services for S-Group regional cooperatives. One such is Jelppi service in Pirkanmaa Cooperative stores. Jelppi duties include handling bottle returns and collecting shopping trolleys and baskets. We are recruiting part-time Jelppejä (20-30 h/vk) for Pirkanmaan Osuuskaupan stores. Work can be done flexibly with shifts on weekdays and weekends. We hope you can work both morning and evening shifts. Shifts are about 5–10 hours long. We do not require previous experience in retail or security; we train interested and positive applicants. A good attitude means a proactive and customer-service oriented approach and doing your best. The person who succeeds in this role has good physical condition. Operating the bottle machine also requires some technical skills. Shopping trolleys are moved with a forklift, so previous forklift experience is advantageous, but we will train selected applicants to obtain forklift driving license if needed. This role requires a T-class driving license. Pay is according to the retail collective agreement level A, i.e. the starting wage without prior retail experience is 10.51 €/h, plus additional allowances (evening 4.00 €/h, night 6 €/h, weekend 5.27 €/h, Sunday double pay).
