Regional Kitchen Master for Attendo Lohja-Raseborg kitchens – We are here for you! The Regional Kitchen Master operates in the kitchens of the Lohja and Raseborg area: there are two kitchens in Lohja (Attendo Ventelä and Attendo Hiidensalmi) and one kitchen in Raseborg (Attendo Tammisaaren Aalto). In these three kitchens, meals are prepared for a total of about 500 of our residents. The position is full-time and valid until further notice. Work is done on weekday mornings and we can agree on the start date with you. Every resident of ours deserves to be met as themselves and live a full life. As an Attendo employee, you are an important part of this task. The significance of food for the well-being and comfort of our nursing home residents is immensely meaningful. As a Kitchen Master, you are responsible for guiding food production and procurement and ensure the balance of quality and costs through your monitoring. You are an example and encourage the members of your kitchen team, thus making the whole kitchen flourish. Together with your team, you prepare high-quality food using Attendo's own recipes and ensure that things work in the kitchen and work is done with a good rhythm. You also participate in the performing work of the kitchen with the cooks. What will you be doing? - Guidance and supervision of food preparation according to the menu and recipes in the agreed central kitchens. - Making food orders and guiding purchasing, monitoring purchases - Waste tracking - Monitoring the implementation of self-monitoring - Production planning together with the kitchen manager - Orientation of employees and ensuring competence - The regional kitchen master operates in a work-guiding role with the support of the kitchen manager, but does not act in a supervisory role - Communication of acute changes to care - Kitchen's everyday contact person The job requires the following from the doer: - Chef's education and work experience in similar tasks - Special diet experience - Hygiene passport - Fluent Finnish language skills, at least C1 level (our working language and documentation are Finnish) - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients for the duration of the employment relationship - B-driving license and possibility of using own car - IT skills - Supervisory training/experience is considered an advantage You are an encouraging and participating everyday team player who boldly takes on tasks and carries things through to completion with quality. The salary range for the position is according to G20C (considering years of experience) starting 1.9.2026: €2493.06 - €2719.93.
