Order Processing Analyst
About the role
Order Processing Analyst role at AlphaSense in India. The Order Processing Team handles sales contract management and provisioning to meet financial and legal requirements and deadlines. You will work with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance and other internal teams to execute the order lifecycle process (order processing, sales contract management and provisioning). You will also use problem-solving and project management skills to promote operational excellence, customer service and teamwork. What You’ll Do: Process new and renewal orders. Validate information, flag discrepancies, activate client access, and confirm opportunities for processing. Initiate and support various departmental projects. Track communication in CRM for transparency. Focus on customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate services. Propose process and system improvements. Responsibilities
- Process the new and renewal orders
- Validate the opportunity and contact information, and flag and resolve any discrepancies
- Turn on client access and confirm the opportunity for the further processing
- Initiate and support various departmental projects
- Resolve customers’ queries and concerns
- Track communication in our CRM for transparency and auditability of casework
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and quality services
- Suggest process and system enhancements to increase efficiency
- Assist with special projects as assigned
