A Machine Fitter at Rauma Marine Constructions will be part of the onboard machinery team responsible for installing propulsion units and related components on ship projects. You will report results to the site supervisor. The position values good collaboration, initiative to improve installation methods, proactive daily work, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience with machine installation is required; experience in shipbuilding is an advantage but not essential. Suitable vocational training is required. English skills are an advantage.
