We are looking for a cheerful and energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Normal-Itis store! As an Assistant Store Manager, you are in a key position in creating a unique shopping and customer experience for customers. You work as a team with the store manager, motivating and developing employees in an open and happy environment. Together you ensure that the store operates efficiently and achieves sales targets. The visual appearance of the store and team management are your passions. You will get to familiarize yourself with your duties with top experts, aiming to give you a head start in professional and personal growth and development.
