Team Leader

We are seeking a self-driven and capable Team Leader for the Sales Support team in Riihimäki. In this role you will lead and develop a 16-person sales support team, ensure smooth daily operations and service, take charge of reporting and reporting practices, manage pricing, contracts and customer data processes, oversee order handling and deliveries, maintain data in the SAP system and ensure data quality, and develop operating methods to ensure smooth collaboration across departments. We expect from you: experience in supervisory work or leading a team, ability to manage complex tasks and multiple parallel duties, good collaboration and communication skills, precise and solution-oriented work attitude, understanding of reporting, pricing and customer/order data, SAP skills and good Office/Excel skills.
