Practical Nurse

We are seeking a part-time (70%) practical nurse for the Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county; the initial placement is home care northern area 4, team 7, Jakobstad. Work begins on August 3, 2026. Eligibility requirements: Degree of Practical Nurse or a degree in accordance with the Decree on Healthcare Professionals (564/1994) or the Government Decree on Social Care Professionals (153/2016). Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages of the country. Those with a Practical Nurse degree are required to be registered in both professional registers of Valvira, Terhikki, and Suosikki. Additionally, the selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016) and a criminal record extract as mentioned in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. A probationary period will be applied.
