We are now looking for an early childhood care worker for the Polar Bears group of 3–4-year-olds. **Job Duties** Your work consists of caring for, educating, and supporting the learning of 3–4-year-old children as part of the daycare's daily routine. You will participate in the most important moments of the day – play, meals, outdoor activities, transitions, and learning together. Three- and four-year-olds practice interaction skills, independence, emotional skills, and working together. As an adult, you guide, encourage, and support children according to their developmental stage and celebrate their achievements. Together with the team, you plan and implement activities taking into account the children's interests as well as their age and developmental level. You collaborate with guardians and build a secure and predictable everyday life for the children through your actions. Nature is part of our daily life. The forest behind the daycare and our own lean-to shelter are in active use year-round. They provide children with opportunities for hiking, exploring nature, playing, and learning together. **We Expect From You** We hope for a warm and child-centered approach to work and a genuine interest in the growth and development of 3–4-year-old children.
