Telefundraiser

We are seeking skilled fundraisers to join our growing tele fundraising team at Suomen World Vision. The role involves engaging with potential donors over the phone, communicating our mission, and signing up new supporters in collaboration with the fundraising team. The position is part-time and initially temporary, with afternoon-focused hours and flexible arrangements that can fit studies or other commitments. The Helsinki Kalasatama offices operate a flexible hybrid work model—three days in the office and two days remote. We offer access to comprehensive health care and meal services, as well as travel and leisure insurance. Key duties include speaking clearly, building rapport with respondents, and achieving fundraising targets. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or direct marketing, is proactive, goal-driven, and possesses excellent Finnish language skills. It is a plus to have other languages in addition to Finnish, experience with LeadDesk calling system, and prior telefundraising experience. Salary is competitive with a fixed hourly base pay of 13.40–15.30 €/h plus success-based commissions. Work hours total 25h per week, with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 remote).
