At Hihku: - there is a flat hierarchy and open communication - regular group supervision and individual support are provided - professional discussion and collaborative learning are continuous - you are part of a work community where being heard is a daily occurrence The target annual workload is 600 client visits per therapist, and with this workload, the salary ranges between €4,300–4,600/month depending on years of experience. Through our bonus system, you can increase this monthly income by several hundred euros by increasing the workload. **Who are we looking for?** We are primarily looking for speech therapists who share our values and want to work with a long-term and human approach. Work can be done under an employment contract or potentially as a subcontractor.
