Production Manager

We are now looking for a Production Manager for FSP in Järvenpää. What will you be doing? As Production Manager, you will be responsible for FSP's surface treatment operations within our customer's production environment in Järvenpää. This is a strongly operational and customer-facing supervisory role where you lead daily production, ensure the fulfillment of the service agreement, and guarantee production smoothness, delivery reliability, and high-quality customer cooperation. You will lead a team consisting of two foremen and approximately 15 production professionals, serving as a key link between the customer, your own organization, and production. You are responsible for the unit's finances, occupational safety, personnel management, and the continuous development of production. You will work closely within the customer's daily production and play an important role in building long-term cooperation. What kind of expert are we looking for? We are looking for an operational production manager who enjoys being close to the daily production and knows how to lead people with a listening yet firm approach. You are able to make decisions under pressure and build trusting relationships with both your own team and the customer. You have an understanding of industrial production processes and an interest in developing operations over the long term. You naturally act as a partner to the customer and understand that your success is directly reflected in the customer's daily production. The workstation is located in Järvenpää at the customer's production facilities, and the work is primarily performed on-site. Occasional remote work is possible by separate agreement. The work is day shift, but we expect readiness to be flexible according to production needs. The desired start date is September 2026.
