Design Manager

g2 Recruitment's client is currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a major project in Finland on a 2-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional who enjoys managing complex design processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving projects through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain effective communication Monitor design progress and ensure key deliverables are achieved on time Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, quality standards, and client requirements Review and manage design documentation, approvals, and change control processes Requirements Proven experience as a Design Manager within construction, engineering, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong understanding of design coordination and project delivery processes Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships Valid right to work in Finland English language proficiency required-Finnish language skills would be advantageous If you are interested in this role, apply below or send your CV to contact@g2recruitment.com
