Nurse

The nurse will be in the process of establishing a new unit at Vihti Validia House, responsible for comprehensive nursing care and health promotion. Work includes assessing, monitoring and documenting health status, planning and ensuring safe medication administration, and collaborating with unit leadership and staff to implement new operating practices. The role is hands‑on in daily care during morning shifts and involves close cooperation with the unit director. The position emphasizes professional nursing responsibility and practical work with clients, not solely advisory tasks.
