Summer substitute positions for registered nurses in Loimaa We are looking for summer substitutes with medication dispensing permits for versatile nursing work in the Loimaa area. The duration of the work period can be negotiated flexibly – for example, the possibility to start for the summer until the end of August. The work is full-time, and both morning and evening shifts are available. The work involves versatile nursing for the elderly and people with disabilities (job description at the level of a practical nurse). Tasks include daily assistance for clients, monitoring health status, medication administration, and supporting the overall well-being of clients. Customer-centricity, initiative, and the ability to encounter different people professionally and calmly, even in varying situations, are emphasized in the work. Work is done in close cooperation with the rest of the team and relatives, and includes the implementation and documentation of care and service plans.
