Unit Manager - HVAC Contracting

We are looking for an experienced Unit Manager to lead the HVAC contracting unit in Tampere. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, develop the business, ensure projects progress as planned and profitably, and directly influence the direction and growth of the work. You will be responsible for the unit’s business performance and profitability, for the high-quality and profitable execution of projects, for leading and staffing the team, and for developing customer relationships and acquiring new customers. We expect you to bring a strong HVAC background with contracting experience, proven people leadership, the ability to manage complex scopes, and a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
