Are you ready to work at the forefront of technology and help build solutions where robotics meets practical business needs? We are looking for a Solution Specialist who thrives at the customer interface, takes action, and makes sure the solutions work. Your role combines hands-on work with technical design—from installation and deployment to integrations and architecture. You will be a central link between the customer, sales and the team. Your duties include technical deployment (installation, configuration, environment preparation), independent execution of project phases, and communication of progress to project management and the client. You will handle system integrations planning and implementation (APIs, data flows, and triggers). You will test and maintain solutions, performing end-to-end testing and ensuring the solution functions in the customer’s processes, participate in changes, and further develop solutions as needed. You will support sales by validating cases and providing technical consulting, and you will perform workload and profitability assessments. You will develop solutions by exploring new technologies (robotics, AI). You will ensure solutions are functional, production-ready, secure, well-documented, and maintainable, with future development in mind. You will identify opportunities for further development and upsell, maintain transparency in your work, and ensure billing reflects concrete work. What we expect from you includes strong customer orientation and communication skills, understanding of integrations and interfaces (APIs, data flows, triggers), knowledge of networking concepts and environments (TCP/IP, servers, cloud), ability to install, configure, and maintain technical solutions, analytical and solution-focused thinking, ability to map customer processes to technology, methodical testing and problem solving, genuine interest in robotics, AI and new technologies, ability to act as a translator between the customer and the team, and good self-management skills. You will work in a tech-oriented, developing, customer-centric team that values practical work and continuous learning. We offer a permanent employment, partial remote work, Finn-ID Growth Academy training, responsibility and empowerment, opportunities to develop your own work, full organizational support from day one, modern tools and ways of working, and a dynamic atmosphere. If this sounds like you, send your application and CV with salary expectations to rekry@finn-id.fi. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
