Head Chef

We are seeking a dining room shift supervisor for our client for the winter season in Ruka. The role starts mid-November and lasts until roughly the end of April. The role involves a workload of about 90-112.5 hours per 3 weeks, with pay negotiated based on the candidate's experience and skills. We are looking for a restaurant professional who aims to develop in their career, with a focus on high-quality customer service and delivering top restaurant experiences. Requirements include solid floor service and customer service experience, and prior leadership experience in managing shifts in fine-dining environments; ability to work efficiently in busy situations; good teamwork and organizational skills; and hygiene and serving license.
