Practical Nurse

Attendo is seeking a Practical Nurse for the Mäntyhovi home for the elderly in Mäntyharju. You will join a cheerful Savonian work community of experienced professionals in a cozy and modern facility. As a Practical Nurse, you will map residents' resources, identify their needs for assistance, and plan, implement, and evaluate their functional capacity and care in collaboration with the residents. Your primary duties include basic care for residents, collaborating with relatives, and managing and monitoring daily medication in cooperation with a registered nurse. The position is full-time and permanent, involving a 3-shift rotation. The starting date is negotiable. Requirements include a vocational qualification in social and health care (Practical Nurse), vaccination protection as per the Communicable Diseases Act, a hygiene passport (or readiness to obtain one within three months), a medication permit (or readiness to obtain one within three months), fluent Finnish language skills, a criminal record extract, and a Sote professional card.
