Job Description
Are you looking for a long-term and responsible foreman position at a large construction site? Do you want to be part of a significant data center project and lead a professional team? We are seeking two scaffolding foremen for our client for a data center project being built in Kajaani. In this role, you will work on a long-term and significant project with an estimated duration of approximately 2–3 years. Work starts as soon as possible. As a scaffolding foreman, you will be responsible for the daily management of scaffolding work and ensuring the smooth progress of the site. You will lead a team of approximately 10–15 installers, and the role emphasizes work organization, ensuring safety, schedule management, and personnel guidance. Travel workers are also taken into account. You are a good fit for this job if you have: * Previous experience in scaffolding supervision * Experience in leading installers' work * Ability to plan, organize, and schedule work tasks * Good interaction and cooperation skills * A safety-oriented approach to work It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: * Experience from large industrial or construction projects * Experience from long-term construction sites * Valid occupational safety and other industry-relevant cards * Experience from data center or similar demanding projects We offer you: * Salary according to or better than the collective agreement (TES), paid on time.
