Join Helen Nuclear Ltd and our progressive Nuclear Energy Program as Technology Manager. The position is located in Helsinki, Finland. Technology Manager is a senior role with responsibility for plant-wide technology leadership across the plant lifecycle. You will lead setting up and developing the technical team consisting of internal and external experts. You will plan and guide technical work of different technical disciplines, and work closely with internal stakeholders, plant suppliers and authorities. Initially the target is to support the vendor selection process and find the best technological solutions for the program. Thereafter it will be crucial to ensure high quality implementation and that plant operation reach the design targets. We are looking for a senior nuclear professional with extensive background (10+ years) in technical leadership and a solid experience of broad concepts integrating multiple disciplines into one coherent plant concept. It is crucial to understand cross-disciplinary impacts and design trade-offs to ensure consistency between safety, performance, operability, and project progress and constructability. The role requires true people leadership skills and proven experience of solving technical conflicts in complex environments. Fluent English is required; Finnish is an advantage. Questions?
