We are currently looking for an energetic Project Manager with strong leadership skills and excellent project management credentials. This is a great opportunity for you to become part of our project management office team, where you get to lead exciting projects in close collaboration with our business and our customers. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Tampere, Finland at our home office in Tulli Business Park located in the Tampere city center. Your role As a Project Manager, you will play a key role within our business unit. You’ll have overall responsibility for managing specific Customer and R&D projects, including planning, executing, and controlling projects within defined scope, quality, budget, and schedule. Leading project teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders across various functions and divisions will be central to your role. Additionally, you’ll seize the opportunity to enhance project management processes and practices within the organization. Travelling to our customer sites around the world is an integral part of this job, allowing you to engage directly with our global clients and Sales Areas. Your profile As an experienced Project Leader with a track record of successfully delivering customer projects on a global scale, you bring several years of expertise to the table. Your ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes is a valuable asset. Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments come naturally to you. We expect you to be fluent in English and we highly value proficiency in other languages, as this position is a global role. Spanish and/or Portuguese are considered an advantage for this position. Experience in mining and automation is seen as an asset, and change management skills are extremely valuable due to the nature of our digital transformation projects. Your willingness to travel globally, including remote places, further enhances your suitability for this role. Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential, and knowledge of MS Project or other project management software is required. Your proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills will be critical to your success in this position.
