Laitoshuoltaja Peltolan Merituulen asumisyksikköön (Hirvensalo, Turku). We are seeking a motivated and proactive employee for a home-like private social and health care residential unit in Turku's Hirvensalo. The unit houses young people in mental health rehabilitation; the job emphasizes supporting smooth daily life, a safe atmosphere, and individualized encounters with residents. Values: trust, respect, and enthusiasm. Work hours: Weekdays 08:00–15:40. Tasks include overall cleaning of the unit’s spaces, cleaning of resident rooms when needed, and keeping the unit’s general appearance tidy (interior and exterior). Requirements: experience in institutional cleaning; independent and responsible work approach; good interaction skills; good Finnish language skills; a genuine desire to do work carefully and with quality; Hygieniapassi.
