Your responsibilities include well-known and high-quality brands Mira, Kerakoll, Wedi, Rubi, and Fila and their related product groups. Job Description You are responsible for the commercial success and product strategy of your product groups. You ensure that products meet market needs and support the company's growth. Your areas of responsibility include: - Tiling, waterproofing, leveling, and fixing products (Mira and Kerakoll) - XPS construction boards, elements, and related custom project structures (Wedi) - Tiling tools (Rubi) - Tiling profiles - Cleaning agents (Fila) You serve as the product expert for the entire organization. You are responsible for maintaining product information, pricing, developing the product range, and managing the product lifecycle. You participate in new product launches, product marketing planning, and the production of technical material. You work in close cooperation with the sales organization supporting store sales, resale, and project sales. Additionally, you act as a trainer for both staff and customers and ensure that technical expertise is at a high level throughout the organization. The work is versatile and challenging The position combines commercial responsibility, technical expertise, and active cooperation with various stakeholders. Your daily work includes developing the product range, monitoring the market, competitor analysis, pricing planning, and maintaining product-related information. You participate in the content production of marketing materials and technical documents and act as an expert in training, fairs, and customer events. You support sales in technical questions and help find the best solutions for the customer. We constantly develop all areas of our operations and also you. You will receive comprehensive induction in the product groups under your responsibility and the products of our international principals. After the induction, we expect active self-development, which we support with continuous training and the expertise of our entire organization. What the job requires and who it suits You have strong construction industry knowledge and want to utilize it in a commercial expert role. You will succeed in the position if you have, for example, a construction engineer's education or equivalent experience from practical construction sites, especially from tiling tasks. We also value: - experience with construction products and structures - good Excel skills and understanding of product information management systems (PIM) - ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and marketing content - smooth interpretation of construction technical drawings and documents - excellent written and oral communication skills - service-minded, cooperative, and solution-oriented approach to work. Requirements
- Strong construction industry knowledge
- Degree in construction engineering or equivalent practical experience from construction sites (especially tiling)
- Experience with construction products and structures
- Proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Ability to produce technical documentation, training materials, and marketing content
- Ability to interpret construction technical drawings and documents
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Service-minded, cooperative, and solution-oriented approach
