Supply Chain Specialist Your role As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. You will manage processes from demand planning and order fulfillment to logistics coordination, ensuring smooth execution from customer order receipt to final delivery. Through effective performance monitoring, demand forecasting, and logistics management, you will help optimize inventory levels, improve operational efficiency, and support the team in achieving business targets. Main Responsibilities Monitor revenue performance and support the team in achieving business targets. Manage demand forecasting and inventory levels to ensure availability and optimize stock. Coordinate the complete order fulfillment process from order receipt to final delivery. Monitor shipments in transit and coordinate logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. · Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. · Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. · Strong communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset. · Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment processes. · Fluent in English both written and spoken.
