Moisture Measurement Specialist to Kajaani We are looking for a motivated moisture measurement specialist for our client in Kajaani for a permanent, full-time position. Job duties: In this role, you are responsible for moisture measurements, moisture surveys, and assessing the condition of structures. You will document your findings carefully and prepare clear reports for customers and partners. When necessary, you will also participate in building condition and damage surveys and review measurement results and their significance with customers. The work involves traveling between different customer sites in the Kainuu region, and you will have modern measuring devices and tools at your disposal. Expectations: We expect education in the construction field or previous experience in construction technical tasks. Experience in moisture measurements, condition surveys, or similar tasks will help you succeed, but the most important things are interest in the field and a desire to develop as a specialist. We value a meticulous work approach, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills are an important part of the role, as you will encounter customers and collaborate with various stakeholders. A Class B driver's license is essential, and a moisture measurement specialist certificate or other additional training in the field is considered an advantage.
