Team Lead Nurse

Esperi Care Home Pietari in Turku is seeking a full-time Team Lead Nurse for a permanent position. The care home provides 24-hour service housing for elderly residents in a home-like environment, with a particular focus on rehabilitative care for those with progressive memory diseases and physical functional challenges. As a Team Lead Nurse, you will have a diverse role combining nursing duties, resident-centered care, and daily organization. You will be responsible for the quality of care for a group home of approximately 15 residents, participate in nursing work, manage medication therapy, and support your team in daily operations. The role involves close collaboration with the treating physician, physiotherapist, other team leads, and the unit manager, as well as contributing to the development of the unit's operations. The position is a permanent, full-time role with regular weekday day shifts, typically from 7:00 to 14:40.
