What is the job?

We create an intelligent future at the top of personnel and payroll administration. Competence is strict. Perks are not.

Feel the intelligence and come work as an Integrata public sector payroll specialist. We are looking for several new payroll specialists to support our public sector customers. People who have the twists and turns of public sector payroll administration in their backbone.

In the role, you take care of the customer's payroll process from the arrival of payroll data to the transfer of payroll information to the income register. You are responsible for 1–5 customer accounts, which enables a deep dive into the processes and their long-term development.

The customer is one of us. We work as a team together with our customers and bring intelligent HR technologies (and a bit of humor) into their everyday lives. We let automation handle the routine jobs and (boring) repetitive work. With us, you get to do payroll process development and work differently from conventional payroll calculation.

From our offices, you will find colleagues from the following working locations: Tampere, Helsinki, Oulu, Pori, Turku or Jyväskylä. Now and then, the work requires traveling on rails within the country 🚂

What do we expect from you?

Public sector payroll expertise

The position requires experience in public sector payroll. You know public sector practices and the intricacies of collective agreements like your own pocket, and you bring your expertise directly to support our customers. Our customers apply several different collective agreements, so workdays do not follow the beat of a single TES 🎵

System expertise

Mepco Public is your most important tool, but the key to success in the position is an understanding of the deep functioning of payroll systems and processes. Payroll routines are also handled by automating robots 🤖 as your colleagues. However, this is not just cyber-work – emotional intelligence is also needed.

Energetic approach

You boldly take on new customer accounts and habitually dust off dysfunctional payroll processes. You enjoy working with numbers, but you are also happy to meet our current and future customers. You make a colleague's backup easier by keeping work instructions up to date.

Integrata-ness

In addition, we expect from you what many see in their mirror image: good expression and conversation skills, initiative and a positive twinkle. English language skills are also sometimes needed in the work, and Swedish language skills are an absolute advantage. A bad sense of humor is not an issue.

What kind of meaning will you get from us?

The smartest workplace in personnel and payroll administration

We offer you a permanent job and the most skilled experts in the field as colleagues. We make your expertise a number. You have the freedom to develop according to your own strengths. We support growth and encourage taking responsibility – whether your goal is to deepen or expand your expertise or continue at a familiar pace.

Meaningfulness

In addition to bad jokes, we invest in the meaningfulness of work, well-being, equality and responsibility. Our low-hierarchy corporate culture lives from a modern vibe, functioning technologies and people who inspire each other ❤️ Even the management does not lie on the floors waiting for a connection, but electrifies the workplace atmosphere – just by being themselves ❤️

Today's employment benefits

In addition to nice colleagues and customers, we also have employment benefits, the most significant of which is probably the corporate culture, at the heart of which is freedom (and half-wild puns). So yes, you get the company credit card (this is not a joke) 💳

Salary range

We have made a diversity promise and promote pay transparency. The salary range for the position is ~2,700–3,300 €, depending on the applicant's sense of humor (joke!), expertise and previous experience, but we are happy to hear about your expectations 🪗

Ready to apply?

Send your application by 30.8.2026 at 23:59. The start in the position is planned for the beginning of 2027, but the exact start date will be agreed flexibly together.
