This permanent, full-time role focuses on data-driven supervision and analytics, developing regulatory reporting processes and systems in collaboration with Finnish and European authorities. The specialist will support data-driven supervision and analyses, ensure timely and high-quality regulatory submissions, monitor incoming reports, and drive improvements to reporting processes. It also involves contributing to European reporting groups and working closely with Finanssivalvonta, Bank of Finland, and external system vendors. Opportunities exist to participate in other digitalisation projects related to Finanssivalvonta. The candidate should have experience in finance sector expert roles, with track records in system and digital development projects, and knowledge of AI applications in processes and analytics. Proficiency with BI tools and programming languages (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python) is valued, as is ability to communicate in Finnish and English. A higher education degree in a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve reporting processes and systems
- Coordinate and ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions to European authorities

Requirements
- Experience in finance sector expert roles with data-driven development
- Experience with system and digital development projects

- Ability to communicate in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Higher education in economics/finance/statistics/information science
