Social Worker - Employment Promotion Services

The social worker will serve as a key contact for clients needing special support, conducting service need assessments and planning, and working to promote rehabilitation of clients toward employment. The team is based in Espoo and works across Espoo and Kauniainen, with nine social counselors and two social workers in the team led by a leading social worker. The unit collaborates across teams and meets regularly to discuss social work topics and development needs. The role involves close collaboration with TE services, adult social work, health care, and Kela, as well as other employment-promoting units in Västra Nyland and municipal employment services.
