Assembler

We are seeking assembling workers for diverse metal industry tasks in the Seinäjoki region. The role focuses on assembly and installation, but days may include other production and logistics steps such as material handling, packaging, picking, receiving goods and other tasks that support smooth production. We value a proactive attitude, hands-on approach, and the ability to read technical drawings. Prior experience in assembly, metal or manufacturing is an advantage, but the willingness to learn and take responsibility for one’s work is most important. The tasks will be determined by customer needs and your own skills, with opportunities to apply past experience and develop professionally in varied industrial environments. You will succeed if you can read technical drawings fluently, handle tools comfortably, maintain a neat and precise work technique, act proactively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in assembly, production or metalworking is considered a strong plus. Benefits include diverse metal industry tasks, opportunities to develop technical skills, potential employment with our customer companies in the Seinäjoki area, experience across different industrial tasks, and compensation aligned with the Technology Industry collective agreement based on skills and experience.
