Esperi Hoivakoti Koski is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their diverse team of care professionals in Muurame. The facility provides 24-hour service housing and temporary accommodation for approximately 30 elderly residents. The work environment is active and supportive, with a focus on recognizing the strengths of both residents and staff. The Registered Nurse serves as a key expert in the team, developing nursing care based on resident needs. Responsibilities include independent management of medical areas such as medication administration and health assessments, collaborating with physicians, and overseeing the unit's overall medication management. Additionally, the nurse provides guidance and support to practical nurses, requiring a solution-oriented and instructional approach. The role is multidisciplinary and collaborative, with flexibility to include team leader duties for candidates with administrative or supervisory experience. The position is permanent and full-time, with weekday shifts. The start date is September 1, 2026, or as agreed.
