Store Manager

We are currently hiring a store manager for our Normal store in Oulu Kaakkurinkulma. This is a fixed-term position as a maternity leave cover, expected to last until the end of 2027. NORMAL is a young dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe in a few years. In Finland, we have opened over 90 stores and growth continues. We offer customers permanently affordable prices and thousands of "normal" products with exciting new additions weekly across categories. As the store manager you will be responsible for the store’s performance and customer experience. You will lead your team with enthusiasm and continuously develop the store. The job is varied and fun. What we expect: experience as a store manager with P&L responsibility; curiosity and willingness to learn; ability to work independently and take the helm in challenging situations; customer focus and commercial mindset; ability to lead the store with a positive atmosphere and harness the team’s strengths; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, considering your team’s needs; fluency in Finnish and English; actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL’s unique business concept.
