You will be responsible for energy monitoring as well as the implementation, reporting, and project planning of energy efficiency audits and inspections. You will participate in implementing energy-saving measures and projects identified through audits and actively generate new ideas to extend the lifecycle of properties. You will work independently at the customer interface, but also in close cooperation with Luotea's energy team, which operates nationwide. Occasional business trips are part of the job when visiting clients on-site. However, we work flexibly according to a hybrid model, providing partial remote work opportunities. An entrepreneurial spirit and sales experience are a plus, as is knowledge of emissions reporting (GHG Protocol), climate commitments (e.g., SBT), and sustainable building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, GRESB) from a responsibility perspective. Regional knowledge of the operating environment and Motiva energy auditor qualifications are also considered an advantage, but we can assist in obtaining qualifications if necessary. We offer the following benefits and opportunities: * At Luotea, you can develop in the property services industry – every day offers an opportunity to learn something new and do things a bit smarter than yesterday. * You will be surrounded by a top team: great colleagues, teammates, and clients with whom cooperation is seamless. You will have a supervisor who spars and helps whenever you need. * A vantage point at the heart of energy efficiency and sustainable development – you will see the concrete effects of your work and be able to influence things. * Your work is diverse and interesting. There is plenty to learn, and you can develop operations in a long-term manner. * You are not alone – finance, HR, and payroll teams support you in your daily work. We have a strong culture of doing things together. Additionally, we use a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely about half the week. * Your well-being is important to us.
