About the role

RE Group is seeking an LVIA project manager to join their team. The role involves working on versatile building and industrial projects from design inception to commissioning, coordinating LVIA design across multiple projects, either as an independent designer or as part of a small design team. The candidate will collaborate with clients and other design disciplines to ensure timely progress. The position covers gas, steam and compressed air systems as well as industrial process HVAC solutions, with opportunities to participate in energy and automation design or bidding tasks depending on interest. Responsibilities include leading LVIA design, participating in design meetings, and ensuring solutions align with schedules and project goals. Requirements include a suitable LVIP/insinööri degree, experience in LVIA design, MagiCAD proficiency, willingness to handle demanding projects or pursue relevant qualifications, strong Finnish and English skills, and ability to work with multiple design disciplines and clients. Additional assets include experience in industrial environments, interest in energy or automation design, experience with Solibri/Navisworks/Revit, and higher university degree (DI or higher AMK). Swedish language skills and interest in AI tools are a plus. The job is permanent and full-time in Helsinki with a hybrid work model (1–2 days in-office) and occasional travel across Finland (about once a month).
