Healthcare Assistant

We are currently seeking new casual workers for MediPower's team in Salo, for roles as a healthcare assistant and for final-year students in the field. If you are interested in caregiving work, whether you are an experienced professional or at the start of your career, would you like to work flexibly in care tasks? In casual shifts you will always have the full ability to choose the shifts you want to work. Job description: You will be employed in service housing units designed for the elderly. Typically morning and evening shifts are available. In casual shifts a healthcare assistant's duties include basic care, everyday support, medication administration, and guidance-focused work. Requirements: At MediPower we want to be part of developing a higher-quality daily life in social and health care units, so it is important for us to bring in more active nurses. You can be a graduate or a student with initiative and good interaction skills. In addition to hourly pay, 9% holiday compensation and shift-based pay according to the collective agreement TES are paid. There are also varied bonus campaigns and we reward the employee of the month. We also offer a range of staff benefits, such as a fitness benefit.
