Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist

Job Description In this role, you will focus entirely on the maintenance, development, and automation of critical systems and management environments. As a PAM Specialist, you will be responsible for Privileged Access Management (specifically CyberArk) DevOps tasks and the continuous development of solutions. Your work will primarily focus on technical implementation, maintenance, and automation to secure internal processes and systems. The role is specialist-oriented, with an emphasis on ensuring the functionality and security of internal systems. Responsibilities You will work with a tight core team, as well as other Finnish and international colleagues. Your daily work consists of maintaining CyberArk solutions, automating security updates, troubleshooting system failures, and implementing new features. Although the role allows for remote work, weekly access to the Espoo office is necessary, as the job includes tasks that cannot be performed remotely. - DevOps maintenance and development of PAM solutions (CyberArk): Configuration, integration, and deployment - Scripting and automation: Creating API connections and RestAPI interfaces and automating maintenance (e.g., security updates) - Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments from a PAM perspective - Troubleshooting and investigating cause-and-effect relationships in complex environments - Collaboration with internal IT and security teams We Are Looking For - Strong passion and/or work experience in setting up, maintaining, and scripting Windows and/or Linux servers - Understanding of PAM concepts - Ability for independent problem solving and understanding cause-and-effect relationships in complex environments - Strong expertise or a desire to learn CyberArk technologies - Strong DevOps skills - Experience in scripting - Excellent Finnish and English language skills (verbal and written) We Value - Practical experience with CyberArk tools - Experience with other PAM tools (BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, etc.) - Experience building API and RestAPI integrations - Understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) Practical Details - Location: Remote work possible, but requires weekly access to the Espoo office. - Working hours: Office hours, and after comprehensive onboarding, a rotating weekly on-call shift (approx. every 1 - 1.5 months) - Employment: Permanent employment as a consultant for Academic Work - Security clearance: A security clearance will be conducted for the selected person before starting work, and passing the clearance is a condition for employment - Start date: Immediately upon finding the right person, in early 2026 Apply now!
