A nationally recognized architecture and engineering practice is seeking a Director of Design Engineering to lead multidisciplinary design teams delivering complex mission-critical projects across the US.
Projects will span hyperscale data centers, advanced manufacturing, industrial campuses and other critical environments.
Required Experience:
10+ years in project architecture, engineering, design management or a related role.
5+ years delivering large-scale data centers, including facilities exceeding 10 MW.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary design teams on mission-critical projects.
Strong knowledge of data center design, resiliency, redundancy and critical infrastructure systems.
Experience coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and technology disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or a related field.
Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) licence.
Proficiency in Revit, CAD and related design tools.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel periodically.
