Consultant, Digital Advisory

This is a hybrid consulting role with travel to client sites of up to 75%. Candidates must be authorized to work in the applicable country without current or future sponsorship requirements. We are seeking a Digital Advisory Consultant to lead large-scale Microsoft Copilot adoption and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This strategic consulting role combines business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization to help organizations successfully integrate AI into the way people work. You will guide clients through every stage of their Copilot journey, from adoption strategy and workforce enablement to governance, measurement, and long-term business value realization. Leveraging Microsoft frameworks, change management methodologies, and AI transformation best practices, you will help clients drive productivity, foster innovation, and build responsible, secure AI-powered organizations.
