Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about customer service and helping people? Do you enjoy regular monthly pay and a daytime-oriented role? Are you attracted to office work in a well-lit space in Turku Kupittaa? We are seeking one permanent, dedicated customer service professional to assist our client in housing and rental-related matters. The role involves handling housing-related inquiries by phone, email, and chat, including new apartment searches, tenancy communications, fault reporting, coordination with property managers, move-related contact, rent and payment schedules, contract creation and terminations, and other related questions. You will be part of a large international Foundever family, with a real desire to help customers and resolve issues at the first contact. The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period, comprehensive training with paid training time, and an average weekly hours of 37.5. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of about 2194 € / month, including a language allowance for English. ICT collective agreement currently applies for office staff. Shifts are currently Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00, with Saturday work possible in the future. Training and work take place at the office. Start date is early September 2026.
