WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL INSTRUCTOR FOR THE CHILD WELFARE UNIT NIEMELÄNNIITTY IN KEMPELE! Humana's child welfare services are customer-centric. We are now seeking a Special Instructor for a permanent, full-time position at Niemelänniitty 3. We are looking for someone with a vocational qualification or a Bachelor's degree in social and health care, or a Master's degree in educational sciences. The work is in two-shift rotations, with shifts primarily focused on evenings and weekends. The work of a special instructor in a child welfare unit is meaningful and diverse educational work. In this role, you will support and encourage children and young people in everyday challenges and participate in the assessment of the young person's care and education. As a special instructor, you will work in close cooperation with guardians, the immediate network, educational services, and social authorities. Child Welfare Unit Niemelänniitty consists of three different residential units aimed at 12-17-year-old clients in need of demanding foster care under child welfare. Niemelänniitty 3 is a 4-place unit with high staffing levels, specifically for seriously symptomatic children and young people aged 10–17. Salary The basic salary for the position ranges from 2460.27 to 2990.35 euros/month, depending on your previous relevant work experience and future job description. In addition to the salary, shift premiums according to the private social services sector TES and a position-specific supplement for demanding institutional care of 150 euros/month are paid.
