Product Manager - Cloud Capacity and Licensing - Solita Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee the product area of cloud capacity and licensing sold to Solita's clients. In this role, you will work mainly with Google, Microsoft, AWS, and European cloud providers, responsible for defining, pricing, and packaging capacity products from market launch to margin responsibility. This is an independent expert role combining commercial understanding, service management, process development, and stakeholder collaboration. You will act as a link between clients, sales, technical teams, and finance, ensuring our capacity and licensing offerings are competitive, profitable, and meet customer needs. The role is strategic and visible, directly impacting revenue and market success. You will own and develop the portfolio of capacity and licensing products, ensuring they evolve according to business goals and remain competitive. You will manage the commercial aspects, including packaging, pricing, and contractual models, and oversee licensing and agreement management in collaboration with principals, sales, delivery, and finance. You will lead product development in cooperation with sales, marketing, delivery, and other stakeholders, ensuring services are market-ready, scalable, and support growth targets. You will identify new customer needs and market opportunities through customer and competitor analysis and monitor cloud and licensing market trends to bring new insights for product development. You will shape development directions and translate business goals into concrete projects, processes, and practices. You will be responsible for the product area's revenue, profitability, and forecasting, reporting on key KPIs to management. You will collaborate closely with finance on sales processing and partner with our cloud billing automation partner. The work can be done from anywhere in Finland, starting as agreed. The salary range is 6000-7000 euros depending on experience and skills.
