Sote-sector professional, come join our nice team in Salo! We are now looking for an INSTRUCTOR for on-call work. A part-time (60%) employment relationship is also possible. We hope you can start immediately/as soon as possible. Work is available at least until 27.9.2026, possibly until 16.10.2026. Work is in the weekday day shift. Your job description includes guidance and support visits to our clients' homes and immediate surroundings. Clients live in the Salo center and Halikko areas. Our clients' need for support may relate to, for example, mental health challenges, autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, or intellectual disabilities. The work is independent; assisting, supporting, and guiding the client in matters related to independent living and life management. Your task is to support the client in living an ordinary everyday life in their own home. Tavana Sillanpää offers daytime activities, supported housing, and personal assistance for mental health recoverees and people with various disabilities. Our remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The salary grade for the instructor position (degree completed) is G20C, based on your years of experience, the basic salary is: 2415.76 - 2612.33 €/month. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: a sote-sector degree or final stage of studies; medication administration training; sote professional card; registration in Valvira's central register of professionals (for graduates).
