Construction Helper

We are looking for a motivated construction helper to join a work site in Kouvola. The role involves assisting on a construction site with tasks such as cleaning and maintaining order, clearing construction debris and materials, dismantling formwork, and supporting other trades as directed by site supervision. The work is physical and varied, so good physical condition is important. We expect a proactive, independent attitude, good physical condition, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience on construction sites is advantageous but not required. A valid safety card or willingness to obtain one is required. We offer employment through a reliable employer, varied tasks, appropriate workwear and equipment, a competitive rate in line with the construction collective agreement, and the possibility of longer-term employment for the right candidate. Salary: approximately 12.59–14.19 €/h, depending on skills and experience.
