Fregatti is known for its delicious home-style lunches, a high-quality à la carte menu focusing on fresh ingredients, and a relaxed bar menu offering flavor experiences for quick lunch breaks or longer gatherings. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take comprehensive control of the restaurant and develop operations long-term with a skilled team. In this role, you will have a genuine impact on the daily life of the restaurant, customer experience, sales, and future development. Your responsibilities include, among others: Daily operational management of the restaurant, Leading staff and developing the team, Managing sales, margins, and business profitability, Developing customer experience, food and beverage offerings, and service quality, Ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. We expect from you: Experience in managing an à la carte restaurant, Financial skills related to restaurant business, sales, and profitability, Ability to lead a team decisively but with a positive attitude, Organizational skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment, Proactive and developmental work approach, Interest in food, beverages, and enhancing customer experience, Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
