Do you have the interest, passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and capabilities to operate as a cafe entrepreneur? We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Arnolds coffee chain for new locations in Helsinki: Elielin aukio and Itäkeskus (Itis). Additionally, we are looking for an entrepreneur for an existing location in Matinkylä, Espoo, at Iso Omena. (Please note that we are only looking for entrepreneurs, not employees for Arnolds.) What does the chain offer? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will have access to a location, delicious products, a well-known brand, the benefits of the chain, and comprehensive support to build success, as well as training for all work tasks. The chain provides the entrepreneur with: initial training, financing advice, support in starting operations, launch marketing, premises, furniture and equipment, purchasing benefits, customer contacts, business guidance, further training, chain marketing, financial management services, advertising services, and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you are responsible for all your cafe's business operations, including initial investments. The entrepreneur must have the financial means to invest in entrepreneurship. The initial investment for the entrepreneur is €100,000–€150,000, and typically the self-financing share is 20–30% of the initial investment amount. In return, you will have access to a location, delicious products, the benefits and support of a well-known chain to build success, and training for all work tasks. As an Arnolds entrepreneur, you will work in the location yourself, setting an example for your staff through your own actions. The most important thing is the desire and ability to operate according to the concept as part of the Arnolds family. You do not necessarily need previous experience in entrepreneurship; your ability to cooperate and your attitude matter more. A genuine interest in the cafe industry and possible experience in the restaurant industry will certainly be beneficial. However, the most important thing is your desire to bring small happy moments to people's days through treats and good service.
